1. Can I get a discount for multiple banners?
Absolutely! We will provide discount pricing for orders of 5
or more banners. Call us for a quote.
2. Any extra charge
for special graphics or photos?
Nope! We will print anything you send us.
3. How do I send
you my artwork?
Simply use the “Upload” button on the order form to send us
your file. Or email your artwork to GraphixEnterprises@gmail.com
make sure that you include your Order Id # and Name in the
email.
4. Will I get a
proof before my banner is printed?
Absolutely! We will email a color proof for your approval
within 24 hours of order receipt. You can request changes or
corrections and a new proof will be sent for final approval.
However, if you uploaded a pre-designed banner we will not
send a proof, it will go straight to print.
5. How long will it
take to get my banner?
All banners are shipped via UPS ground. Allow 5-7 business
days depending on your location. All banners are shipped from
Memphis, TN.
6. Can I request
overnight delivery?
Yes, just call in after placing your order and one of our
customer service reps will go over shipping options and
pricing with you.
7. Can your banners
be used outdoors?
Yes, Banners By Design uses high quality 13 oz. outdoor woven
banner fabric, printed with UV resistant solvent inks, with
expected outdoor life of 3-5 years.
8. Are your banners
guaranteed?
Banners By Design guarantees all banners against fading and
tearing for 3 years from your purchase date.
9. How are your
banners printed?
All banners are printed on high quality vinyl banner material
on our high resolution Mimaki large-format eco solvent

design assistance with my project?
Yes, our graphics artists are available to help design your
banners Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm CST. Just give us a call.
Our Unconditional 5 Year No-Fade
Double Guarantee
 Our banners are guaranteed for a five full years. We will
replace any banner that fades or tears within 5 years from
your date of purchase at no charge.
Additionaly, If for any reason you are not
completely satisfied in every way with your signs, you may
return them for a full 100% refund anytime for up to one full
year. That's right a full
year, 365 days not 30 or 60.
